Shocking quality!
If I’ve know how bad the quality of print and trim is on Asda photo I would have never ordered from them!
My ordered turned up looking as if a 5 years old child trimmed the photos with a pair of blunt scissors.

Truly awful quality photographs - worse than Truprint in the 70s. Seems like ASDA passes this service onto a third party - probably someone with a colour printer in the corner of their bedroom! Once bitten...

I chose Asda photos as I felt it was a household name I could trust... it’s been almost one month since I sent off one roll of 35mm film, and I still haven’t had anything back. I didn’t even ask for prints, just digital copies. When I emailed customer services I was given an automated response, as they are ‘overwhelmed’ with emails and are having production issues. My suggestion to Asda would be to make it very clear to anyone placing orders that you are having major production issues. This wasn’t mentioned when I placed my order. So I now have literally have no idea where my order is. To put it bluntly, I won’t be using again, and I do not recommend.

Asda photo. Not only awful quality prints but bad customer service experience from a clown named Eddy. No company need a Eddy like this . I’d explained that even though I’d centred my pictured using there photo software that when they printed the pictures hadn’t been done the way I edited . They were also super dark. It is to be expected that images would be darker than a computer screen but my photos were super dark. A single order of multiple sized arrived In 3 lots of deliveries. I can say if your looking for prints then don’t waste your time or money and you will only met with Eddy .

If there was a way to give no stars I would. Ordered 3 large photos the beginning of January and received the first one 13 days later in a mostly destroyed tube. The following day whilst at work my partner intercepted the delivery guy trying to force an empty and ruined second tube through the letter box! When she questioned where the photo was he said this was how he collected it. So a month later not only are they not responding to my emails but I have no refund or pictures to show for it!

If I can I will give ZERO stars but obviously I can give just one..one is too much for their services!I am completely disappointed with their extremely poor customer service,for such a big brand/name is a shame that their services is completely pointless and slow!I ordered 500 photos on 3rd of January, wanting to make perfect gift for our family, creating our 1st year family album .. thinking that this is the safest place to order photos of my baby,some really private photos since birth till now..and multiple time I tried to call/email Asda asking for any tracking information,any tracking number or courier service that they used because 3 weeks there wasn't any progress except saying that they are dispatched.... Finally on 28th I successfully find out after more than 1 h conversation with Asda that my photos were delivered by Hermes 2 weeks ago!!!!!!!So now out there some freak is having my precious family photos!!!!!!!I am so angry because if they contacted me the 1st time I would speak with Hermes hoping that their delivery guy would remember where delivered them, but after 20 days who will remember..Of course I will receive refund from Asda and of course Hermes really sorry but this doesn't make things better!Now someone is having my photos!!!I am so angry , frustrated, hopeless and disappointed!I wouldn't shop anything anymore from Asda at all! Usually I am constantly ordering from HM and they using Hermes for each delivery so far more than 20 parcels all come on my adress followed by at least 3 email from Hermes with tracking information,date and photos here were lefted so I don't know how Asda are using Hermes because I didn't receive any email or anything either from them or Hermes!!!

Ordered a load of photos it said up to 10’days for delivery which was fine. 3’weeks nothing so I contact asda and they say we have just posted them out they should be with your 3 working days. It’s now been over a month and nothing. Sorry not this is inexcusable. It’ll be 5 weeks tomorrow since I ordered.

Photos took a very long time to come and we're very dark (not a screen brightness issue). As I'd ordered them for Christmas presents I had to use them and order replacements from elsewhere to swap out at a later date. Customer service offered 20% refund unless I returned them all, which was not practical. Poor attitude in my opinion when they admitted they'd changed the contrast and created the problem. Will definitely not use them again.

First time using asda-photo & I'll never use again! Ordered photo, got a unprofessional email with an order number & then saying it will 10 + days with no way to chase this up. I emailed to chase & waited & waited. Eventually getting another vague message saying it can take un to 10 days without giving any further update. In the meantime, I put picture on a USB stick, popped into boots & pops your uncle I have it printed 5 minutes later! It's not so much the wait it's the terrible customer services & no way of knowing what's going on with your order. Lesson learned!

Ordered a cushion for Christmas from here for my brother and his wife off my son. It’s brilliant quality and arrived very quickly.
I also ordered two Mother’s Day cushions for my mother and mother in law and they arrived quickly with brilliant photo quality on the cushion. Very pleased. Will use again for cushions definitely!!

Good stuff really
